We appreciate that the Coronavirus (Covid-19) situation is a difficult and unsettling time for you. Our team is monitoring the situation closely and doing whatever we can to help wherever it has a direct effect on your holidays that you booked with us.
It is a very rapidly evolving environment, with travel restrictions and country entry requirements being updated and changed regularly and often without warning, on a daily and even hourly basis. As mentioned in our previous update we are following the advice made available from the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) when making our decisions and when advising you of how your holiday may be affected.
In respect of travel for our UK based clients, the latest relevant information published by the Government has been the restriction of all non-essential travel for a period of at least 30 days. Therefore, we are focusing our efforts at the moment on contacting people to discuss options for holidays booked that fall within this period, up until 16th April.
If your holiday starts later than this date please rest assured that we will keep in contact with you if we’ve already been in touch, and that we will contact you as soon as possible in all other cases.
If you would like to contact us in the meantime you may of course do so by emailing or phoning the office.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your patience, understanding and support.
