We work with the very best butterfly guides to ensure guests receive the finest experience and most accurate information. These include Tristan Lafranchis, considered one of the very the best experts in Europe, Dr Martin Warren, ex CEO of Butterfly Conservation and now working with BC Europe, celebrated expert & wildlife illustrator Richard Lewington, author & naturalist Patrick Barkham, former European Butterfly Group (EBG) chair Dr Simon Spencer, expert & author on South African butterflies Steve Woodhall, neotropical expert & leader of countless tours Adrian Hoskins, and expert & author of ‘Life Cycles of British & Irish Butterflies & British and Irish Butterfly Rarities, Migrants, Extinctions and Introductions Peter Eeles. We use our specialist knowledge alongside a strong network of international contacts to select locations rich in butterflies. It is not uncommon to enjoy 100-125+ species during one of our European trips, without the need to rush.

We are also conservationists at heart, thus are corporate members of Butterfly Conservation, a charity we support in a number of different ways, for example offering a holiday prize for their fundraising raffle. We also donate a proportion of the profits from every butterfly holiday to the charity.
