We know and understand that these are challenging and uncertain times for everyone. From the very beginning of the Covid-19 crisis we set out to make things as clear and easy for our clients as possible. We’ve given hassle free refunds from the start and we want to reassure existing and potential clients that this policy will remain for all new bookings too.
In other words, if you have to cancel your holiday with us due to a Covid-19 related reason, we guarantee a full refund of your deposit.
This refund policy is available for new bookings only. And a small number of day trips and tours will not be eligible. We will advise you if that is the case at the time of enquiring / booking.
But that’s not all. We are also offering a ‘book now pay later‘ option for any 2021 holiday booked between now and 31st December 2020. This means you can secure a place on your chosen trip(s) without any initial financial commitment. We will still need you to complete a booking form and your deposit will be due from 1st January 2021.

Travel insurance for Covid-19
We strongly advise that whichever travel insurance policy you purchase it has Covid-19 cover in place, for cancellation as well as medical and repatriation cover. This will ensure that if you contract the virus before departure or have to self-isolate after having been in contact with another person who has contracted it, you will be insured.
When you look for your travel insurance policy ensure that it includes cover for Covid-19 and in relation to the virus that it meets the following criteria:
- Cover for cancellation prior to travel
- Cover for curtailment of your trip
- Medical expenses whilst overseas
