Gábor Orbán participated in his first birding camp during the 1970’s as a young boy at Lake Kondor in Hungary and became engaged in birding instantly. Later he broadened his interest in zoology, especially mammals & butterflies. During the 80’s and 90’s he led several tours, first in Hungary, later in other East European countries and Western Europe as well.
He became a licenced professional birdwatching and nature guide in the 90’s and today leads numerous birding, nature and culture, butterfly and photo tours Worldwide. His passion is to share his knowledge about nature and culture of different countries with his groups.
Gábor currently leads tours with us in Hungary, Romania and Mexico.
